About Us

My name is GAP, from Thailand. The country with the biggest gap between rich people and poor people. I was born in the countryside near Bangkok.ย I studied art and design, which is something I loved when I was a teenager plus I want to create things that can help people with my skill. I love to see and learn about people and have seen so many things that everybody hasn’t seen what I call experience.ย

I love to paint and create things. At the same time, I also love to reuse things that we still can use because I am from a poor family. And what I always do is find some second-hand clothes in good condition and use them again. At that time I didn’t think about saving the worldย or climate change. I just know that secondhand clothes are cheap and very useful if you know how to pick them. I didn’t even know my lifestyle would change the world or affect anything about climate change. I just want to have good stuff at a good price. Until I know how serious this issue is now.

We know that we have a crisis with our climate change now. It has been a big issue in our world right now. And I think my skill and creativity that I have might help our world even not that much. What if I can help people at the same time? It should be very cool right? So i ask myself what I can do with my skills that can bringย  Art, Fashion, People and something that I like (anime culture) and make it to be something we can show people about yourself, uniqueness, and something cool + fun

And that became Patches Paradise. I want to reborn second-hand Denim jackets with my skills. I want to let people customise their jackets by themself. I want to paint, patch and create something for them only. I believe that if you buy secondhand clothing at least you don’t produce 1 piece of your cloth, when you reuse them. It will be another way to save the world.

Then I start painting all my favourite anime characters on denim jackets. It would be so fun if you can have something unique on your own jacket and no one has the same one. So I decided to start to paint the first jacket with my favourite character, Sailormoon. Since then, when the first customer buys my first hand-painted jackets and she told me how much she loves this anime and my jackets then I know that my skill and product make someone happy with it. Then I started to paint more and get really good feedback from customers and all of them love ANIME CULTURE and I am one of them.

I was growing up with the legendary manga such as Dragon Ball, Doraemon, Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, and etc. I read them and learned how to be a nice person like all the main characters from anime and I have to admit that part of my personality comes from all the anime and manga that I watch and read. When I was a kid, adults always said watching anime or reading manga are something that really wasted your time and nonsense . But they donโ€™t know many people like me growing up and being a good person by follow-up that favourite anime characters. And from the feedback of many customers. Anime culture is really something.

All the jackets that I paint always bring me to my childhood and I am so enjoying all the jackets that I paint and deliver to my customers. All of our jackets are hand-painted. We paint them one by one after we get inspired or we paint whatever that customer would like us to paint. To ensure that all jackets are completed on time and to the best of our abilities. As a result, the painting procedure will take quite long and patience. To make sure that everything turns out as good as we can. And we believe and totally believe that GOOD THINGS TAKE TIMES. So we really appreciated all the customers that never rush us ๐Ÿ™‚
