About Patches Paradise

Hi, my name is Gap and I’m from Thailand. I grew up in the countryside near Bangkok and studied art and design because I’ve always loved creating things and making people happy through my work.

I also grew up in a poor family, so I learned how to reuse and appreciate second-hand clothing from a young age. At first, I wore vintage clothes simply because they were affordable and unique. Later, I realised that reusing clothing can also help reduce waste and support a more sustainable future.

I’ve loved anime and manga since I was a kid. Series like Dragon Ball, One Piece, Doraemon, Hunter x Hunter and Sailor Moon inspired me a lot growing up. They taught me kindness, friendship, dreams and never giving up. Anime became a big part of who I am today.

One day, I asked myself:
“What if I could combine art, fashion, anime culture and sustainability together?”

And that became Patches Paradise.

I started hand-painting anime artwork on vintage denim jackets to give them a new life. Every jacket is painted by hand, one by one, making each piece unique and personal. No two jackets are exactly the same.

Our goal is simple:
To create something fun, meaningful and special for anime fans while also promoting reuse and sustainable fashion.

Seeing customers smile when they find their favourite anime on a jacket means everything to me. It reminds me that anime is not just for kids — it’s for everyone who still keeps their inner kid alive 🧡

All jackets are hand-painted with care and take time to create because we truly believe:
“Good things take time.”
